Mr. Craig Fainstein, Area Assistant Vice President, for Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc., reviewed the Executive Summary with the Board.

Dr. Copeland presented the renewal options to the Board for 2012-2013.  Option I - Renew as expiring 7.5% Named Storm Deductible (min $1M) and Option II - Renew with 10% Named Storm Deductible (min $1M).  Board reached consensus on Option II.

Dr. Copeland also updated the Board on the COP refunding.  District savings is $1,835,688.03.  Total debt service for COPs is appx. 83,000,000.
